A non-partisan community forum hosted by the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, creating an opportunity for residents and candidates to connect and engage in civic discussion.

Volunteer

Volunteers can help in lots of different ways, depending on your time and comfort level:

​

  • Help at the September 19 Meet & Greet at Kinsmen Park, Departure Bay Beach

  • Welcome guests and help with sign-in

  • Help with children’s activities, the reading nook, games, or kids’ ballot

  • Set up and clean up at events

  • Hand out campaign materials

  • Deliver flyers or campaign literature

  • Help distribute or install lawn signs

  • Attend community events with the campaign

  • Take photos or help with social media content

  • Help with outreach and connecting with community members

  • Assist with election-day campaign activities

You can also make a contribution in person at upcoming campaign events, including the September 19 Meet & Greet at Departure Bay Beach.

Help Spread the Word

Sharing campaign posts, talking with friends, family, neighbours, and coworkers, and inviting others to upcoming events are all simple ways to help more people learn about the campaign and get engaged in the election.
